Pretty happy that one of the ladies I helped got a 3rd place in her line up,she should've got a 2nd though!!

shit man mine was just buffering the whole time too. I watched for hours and then boom the best parts i didnt get to see...

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

haha yea it's crap. The pauses(buffering) at the ladies bikini was quite nice

I dont think so as i think super sport was hosting it and im sure they will only concentrate on big comps like SA's.

But we never know.

@ everyone else i think the results will be out soon. Muscle evo website should have them soon.
