Dislocated Shoulder - Treatment was created by acidkidsa
Hi everyone .

I dislocated my shoulder pretty bad.. Old injury from 10 years ago
that came to remind me he is still around..

From what the specialist have said and the physio..

I still got full motion of my arm (which he cant understand)
my rotary cuff is damaged and all the deep inner back muscles
around my joint...

As I result.. no gyming no contact sports.. Not ever able to swim
in the gym pool....

What could help me with the healing time?

I read up steroids can help , BUT they may inflame the tendons further.

I was also told Platelet Rich plasma injections work like
a champ..( I am still trying to find the cost )

Any other tips or fancy ass medication that can grow me a new shoulder???

Still thinking of a Test/deca cycle ..But unsure

I hurt my shoulder previously as well. I don't think it was dislocated cos i still had full movement, but I could not put any pressure on it. The slightest pressure would give me this sharp stabbing pain.

I went for a few session of acupuncture and that sorted it out. Haven't had any issues since. This was about a year ago.

Not sure about any of the shortcuts... A shite load of rehab work, including spinal assessment, dry needling of the RC and surrounding muscles, breaking down any scarring. Strengthening program. Mobility exercises

Um, but im scared of needles...
