IFBB Mens World Champs 2011 was created by TSG
Hi guys

Anyone know how the guys did over the weekend at world's. All I know is that Michael Adonis placed 4th, and Andrew Hudson, Cobus van der Merwe, Vusi, John Leslie all placed in the top 15 but I'm not sure what they placed exactly. Does anyone know?

Thanks

Thanks DJ. I also heard that was lots of controversy surrounding the superheavy weight division. Normally the results are posted on the IFBB.com site but they havn't done so for this show

This is concerning, what could be possible reasons for this?

3 guys dead from one show??? Probably from messing around with duiretics I'd guess? Their trainers might find themselves in trouble like in that Michael Jackson case

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

extreme dehydration, extreme heat, using sauna's to make weight, diuretics, dodgey food or water, all of this can roll into the problems.

Yup, heard about it to many times, diuretics, and another one that has been a major issue is sleeping pills for guys that use tren up to compo, tren -> diuretics -> sleeping tabs, dehydration and the body just clutches out.

That is why Arnold tried to fight against this extremely low % body fat people are hopping onto stage with... There is such a fine line between 2% and 3 -> 4%, and you push your limits, you can and will die..

There should be a ruling where the guys are not allowed to be below a certain percentange. If they are, they cant compete.
Its sad...this should be about fittness but its not. Its really not!

With the amount of "star power" Arnold has, surly he can succeed!!! Cant he?

what happened was that they wanted to give points for vascularity, and arnold advocated against it since people would go to these extreme levels to achieve it...

guys, getting to low body fat % to show off the best conditioning is the whole point of bodybuilding, i dont think its a case of being too low a bf % i think its the dehydrtation and the saunas and the stimulants, i mean honestly who wants a mr olympia with glutes that arent stiated which is only happens when body fat is super low.

do you thinkthat in these cases it was simply a matter of having to shed too much weight before weigh-in?

When you add the heat in india, the dehydration, and stimulants, it's a deadly combination

I shed 2kgs in half a day, with not much diuretics, my face never looked like this guys at all, DJ called for pics, checked up on me every 10min almost.
This guy should have pulled out I mean he had to be taken to weigh in in a wheelchair. The problem is you need a Sober head to assist you with your Prep, It is Vital, at a point DJ checked my schedule again and I added in to much fatburners, he stopped it immediately, honesty and openness with your trainer is important as well as communication especially the last week. DJ started checking up on me everyday for the last 2 weeks.
