for R120 or so just that they

Game has to types of iron angel..

Normal lifting straps...R120

The one with the wrist wrap/ guard is R150.. i have this one.

u can have results, or have excuses...u cant have both!!!!

I'm using these. Very nice support on the wrist and I can go heavy.

Got them from Game Kolonade for about R250 I think.

I think so bud- might have been R200 or R300- bought it when the whole "Iron Angel Cutler" motion was in full swing here so can't remember the exact price

But it is VERY strong and durable.

I do bent over rows with 60 and 80kg dumbbells and they stay solid all the way

Yep that's it and in the range
you get the wrist straps(wrist wrapson)
which just Supports your wrist even if you
Doing other excises where you not
required to lift.
