I hope Im not stepping on someones toes here but I would like some guys to have a look at the site mentioned in the subject line...I read some articles on the site and to be honest....I didn't like what I saw....these guys according to me are giving out very crappy info...

Let me know what you guys think...Am I right or wrong????

I have no idea how they structure their information or where it comes from, but its the choice of the reader to either follow its guidelines or chose to stay clear all together.

I feel like 00pump and would prefer not to discuss other websites here. Let's keep our noses out of their business and concentrate on ourselves.

Ha ha. They recommend running deca with sust for only 10 weeks. And equi as a bulking cycle for only 6 :lol: got a good laugh tho
