hey guys.thought i would share something,maybe someone can also find this to be a motivation
the story goes like this i broke my neck @ C1 (now fused with C2.) about 4 years ago.i had 25% use of my neck.3 months after i got out of hospital i started to gym.week by week i gained more use of my neck.i ran a cycle for 10 weeks without any diet or pct.(lack of info and knowledge) when i saw the absolutely great work DJ did on helping KOE007 i was amazed.i joined this site to get info and answers.best site ever.all of you are so helpful. i just wish i could have been here 4 years back to learn from all of you.firstly i would have known how important your diet would be,the fact that i never knew about pct or a good diet held me back so much. i havent been to gym in over a year now,but cant help to be so motivated by koe and dj and all of the other guys helping and pushing everyone in the right direction.
i am going to read and learn from anyone whos willing to help me,and all other newbies.i am going to get back into gym asap.thanx again to all of you contributing.in just 2 weeks i have learnt a lot,still a moerse end weg from where i need to be.but i am willing to learn and learn.hear is links of me after my op and what i looked like after my cycle.i know now that i could have been in much better shape if i had the knowledge of most of you.
