i searched the calculation of calories burned while training with weights.this is what i gathered and would like to know if this is accurate or not.
weigh yourself before training each day.time the number of minutes lifting weights, including time spent resting between sets.
intensity of training bb level of effort = 0.055 calories per pound per minute
circuit training with weights = 0.42 cal per pound/minute
strength training = 0.039cal per pound/minute
light weight/moderate effort = 0.028 cal per pound/min.
to calculate burned calories multiply your weight by the number of minutes you have exercised.example if you weigh 140 pounds and lifted for 35 min the formula would be 140 times 35 = 4900
then multiply that number by the intensity value to get the number of cal burned. if you did circuit training the formula would be 4900 times 0.042 = 206 cal burned.
could you go by that or not?
Obsessed is just a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
