Hey bro

Thanks for the wishes, all went well stayed in the night before last.. My woman has been very good to me... No synap on the market, pffft, and these pain killers are just not working... My chest looks like a blood mess, always the right side for some reason, then again he did cut out the keloid scar, so that may by why... Anyway, the hemorrhoidectomy is what really stuffed me up, the gyno op I'm used to.... Can't wait for this to be over with, having to drink liquid parafine to keep stool lose... Even though at present nothing works, not an op I recommend to anyone unless it has to be done.... But the amount of tissue I have cut out of me the last 3 times I'm sure I could give a girl their dream wish for a C or D cup <g>

I was in a bike crash about a week ago , got a bit fucked up, I Shatterd my wrist bones and dislocated it and landed up with some nice fat rosties all over but any way they gave me a nice amount of morphine when I got to hospital.That's stuf is great!! Iam considering breaking my other wrist

Had one done 20 years ago. You arent joking that i know for sure.
Remember - use psyllium husk - the rough one from Natures Choice.
Pain medication blocks you up quick and thats the last thing you need. BUT dont go without a couple of different types of pain meds. Sometimes the spasms you get from the pain slows down recovery - so stay medicated.

I for one will NEVER go through that pain again. I eat fiber all the time - the husks i use at least twice/day(2 teaspoons X 2)

Good luck! At least the technology changed quite a bit and friends who had it done recently recovered quite quickly.

Hey dude, getting back into gym, strength back around 70% so still need to pickup on that, bodyfat around 6/7% mark now.. I went down 10 kgs, but up 10 kgs again... Hoppefully this is the last surgery for along time now...

I'm glad the recovery's going well - muscle memory's an awesome thing isn't it.

Can't imagine how painful your chest must have been.
