My anavar is where I am currently at, 2011. A lot heavier but around 13% bodyfat

If my family didn't stop me I would have worn a mankinie' on the beach lol, that costume was the second best thing haha.

Haha no man, you'll get there.

I know, I seriously need more size there, since that last picture was taken I added 6 cm to them. The problems is my quads are really thin above the knee, so I am primarily focusing on bring that area up. Doing a lot of leg extensions at an angle

Any novice show in the heavy weight class. Just not IFBB, screw those pansies. That'll be 2013 or 2014. I still want to bulk up

Big possibilities there, Mike Mentzer comes to mind - play it safe!
The 'before' pic impressed me the most. You sure that was?
Now run a nice long NPP(1ml)/Prop(2ml) EOD cycle(Base - you add the DHT - hint Primo) from there. Compare to EQ for me will you?

Since that last picture I added about 11kg, a lot of thickness... Its about 5 kg lean mass so I just need to cut down.
That Npp and the test prop as a cycle you recommended, its for cutting right? I don't really know the compound DHT. I'm sure primo will be better than equi but its expensive to run decent dosages of it

I was thinking more alone the lines of running a long bulking cycle, something like pinning just equi for the first 2 or 4 weeks then adding test and npp for 10 weeks, take 4 weeks off where I cruise on the equi then add in the test and npp in again for 10more. After that have a proper pct, detox and bloodwork. Then I'd like to cut down on bodyfat naturally pinning just maybe 300mg test to make sure I don't lose muscle then add in fatburners like clen and when I hit 12% or so add test prop, tren ace and anavar with a decent winstrol dosage the first 4 weeks to cut down to 7-8%. Then I'm ready for 2013

You know EQ and what to expect. I found great results off NPP even at week 12. You will have to keep an open mind when running something new and possibly create space for an extension or change in plans approaching week 10.
DHT derivitives - Masteron/Primo/Winstrol/Anavar/Proviron/Anadrol etc.
NPP/Test Prop was a definate bulking exercise for me.

Oh DHT derivitives. I already bought stuff...Here's what I have,
• 20ml masteron (PGW)
• 20ml equi (PGW)
• 60ml test e (PGW)
• 20ml tren e (PGW)
• 10ml test prop (PGW)
• 200 dbol pills (LP)
• 300 winni pills (OC labs)

I had other stuff too but that went to friends, and swapped for the winni pills and equi... I had deca

I still need to buy NPP which I didn't because I need cash available if something happen, but ill get some, and more test.

I was originally thinking of running the equi, tren and test together. I just don't know about the sides and think NPP will be more "mild". It would suit me better to use the longer esters, ed or eod injections will be a hassel.

Its the first time I'll be using the 19nors. Some people I talk to about tren speak of the stuff like a miracle substance but others say it damages kidneys etc

I don't dig all the politics in the IFBB. My one friend also said that this year was the last year he will compete in the IFBB, he has a brilliant built and competed in the heavy weight section, he placed first at the shameen classic but not even top 6 at IFBB nationals... He should have won the show... Shit like that that puts me off. IFBB = brown nosing to win.

My legs have gone up bud, 6cm isn't a small difference... But I'm still working on them, will get them huge next year

And you think there aren't any politics in the other feds? Thats a good improvement but remember when you get down to the low single digits your leg size almost disappears (going by other pics I've seen) but I'm sure you'll bring them up on par with the rest of the body. Loving that back shot you took a while btw, nice and thick

Sure there will be, but not as bad as the IFBB, I was thinking more along the lines of Nabba SA. I think that would be the best choice...

Yeah that's true bro, when I drop bodyfat that is the first place I lose size. Big legs are uncomfortable but I realize its needed to compete. I need legs like maruis dohne, now those are legs.

What I'm trying to do is build up shoulders and lads as well as calves and quads while keeping my waist in to give me a "bigger" appearance. What do you think? Its good getting objective opinions

Got any current pics? You've got great aesthetics. You're delts seem to be a strong point actually but shoulders can never be too big if you ask me! I'd rather have Marius Dohne's delts.

I do, like my avatar but my bodyfat is a bit high so the muscle doesn't show nicely. Yeah they can never be too big, primarily the side head. He has big delts too but his legs look awesome. Some of the best legs in bodybuilding if you ask me

Yeah that's a solid plan, how big is your waist when you are around 10% bf? Just be sure to avoid training obliques as that will instantly ruin whatever goal you had of having a tiny waistline, some people claim squats widen your waist I don't quite agree but you can look into it if you want.

Agree with Chapel 1st time I've ever seen someone praise Marius' legs, his sweep inserts way too high to be aesthetically pleasing but has a superb upper body though

Check how high my quats start... My legs are sticks above the knees, I know where his legs came from and to me that's some serious development. Will post a pic now.

@chapel, its 31" in those pics. 77.5cm..
