freaky bumps was created by jakes
Hi guys,

Sometimes when I legpress a little bubble/bump appears on my leg. Its in the middle between my foot and my knee. Also when I bend my wrist backwards I can see two of them.

Am I an alien? Wtf are they?

Discovering your body? How sweet! :cheer:

We all have the wrist thing - i remember the same thoughts.
Leg? who knows - vein, lipoma will be my guess.

You have loads of glands etc all over. I wouldnt bother. Next time ask the Doc.

If it is a small bubble like lump it is apparently a pressure release mechanism that your body uses when pumped, according to the physio.
I have them on my shins and in the bottom half of my forearms!

not harmless at all!

I was looking out for them - is it a raised soft spot? I see symetrical little bubble type spots just below the inner front calf. Also lower Hammies just above the knee.

They go when i'm not training - Hammies/Calves.
