Then hit your traps by doing some shrugs followed by some side lateral raises. It got my back growing nicely.
Deadlifts x4
Pullups x4
Rows x4
Tbar rows x4
Rows x4
Shrugs x 6
Side lateral raises x6

Its worth a try.

I see these long tough workouts a lot, but just the next article will say to not gym longer than 50minutes. That is 32 sets there Jakes, how long does that take you? This is something I am struggling to understand actually. Train harder, but that needs time :(

I would also like to know what that chest tatt says? Just cant make it out

Under an hour ;) don't take long breaks in between shrugs and the side lateral raises, 15seconds... Maybe 30seconds max.

Although I would say take longer rest breaks between the deadlift sets depending on how heavy you go in comparison to your 1RM. They're technically demanding and very demanding on your CNS.

Good job. Great progress. How far apart are those photo's and how many kilos have you added to your frame since then?

Thanks bro. They're about two years apart. Since then I've gained about 15 or 16kgs.

Cant really say what the tattoo says... lol.

DJ diet is going really well. Feeling stuffed. Lol. First meal is the hardest to get down. Didn't realise how much preparation and cooking goes into it! Keen to see how things go in the next couple of weeks.
