Came across this guy browsing the web this afternoon. Guy is a freak for 22 and apparently trains at the same gym as Alexei Lesukov in mother Russia.

Probably is, with all the cycles he must have done he is probably bald, i like that dry hard look also, but thats low bf and probably no water either...

Kak haircut or not, he probably blows any 22 year old bb out of the water with that conditioning (probably most heavy weights in SA as well)

guy in my res in university had a similar built. maybe not as big upper body but bigger legs. no juice wat so ever. he did trialthlons and was a farm boy from zim. he trained jus about everyday and did gym as well. he ate like a horse but wud get pissed out of his head if he had 1 beer. he always said he doesnt believe in juice but jus training everyday and eating right. he was also a bio-kentics student. his training in gym was not ur normal beeg lifting but rather very controled movements with weights. was weird. i cud never train with him cos i jus wanted to hit the big weights. he wasnt super strong but u cud almost never get him off his feet even if u were bugger than him. very strong core. wil see if i can find a pic.

I don't believe in juice either, too sweet... I prefer water. Lol bud people lie so much about juicing, I don't care whether you have the best genetics in the world you'll never look like that without gear.

Secondly, do you guys think that guy only has one cycle under his belt?

that first test cyp cycle at 21 sure did him good :lol:

...so back to my original question, how does one get that hard dry look after dropping considerable body fat?

and anybody on this forum ever been or is in this condition?

Koe on the day of his show was pretty lean and dry,its the right use of chemicals,diet and cardio,water dropping and being carbed up regz,samething guys do before shows.

I dont think you can keep that condition for longer than a week. He looks like he is under 3% BF which is extremely low!

You are right it is not healthy I wish I stayed that ripped all year long but my genetics would not allow that, I was literally drained. I stayed pretty dry between shows, thanks to Dj's tweaks every week.
He looks damn good for 22, what chemicals do Russia have that we don't
