Didnt really know where to post this because it involves training and juice hahaha.
Anyway, my friend just came off a sustanon cycle of 10 weeks, gained 13kg with some BF and he wants to cut down so he is using clen and winny bridging into PCT, he does cardio ED and he lost somefat already after a week.
Now he wants to start doing all his workouts in supersets? Would this be advisable?
