Today I decided to introduce Rule 19 in an effort to prevent members from posing copyrighted material.
Some of you might not know that right now the U.S. Congress is considering a " Stop Online Piracy Act" and "PROTECT IP Act". Should the new legislation become active it will put this website at risk should we infringe the copyright protection of U.S copyright holders or linking to websites containing info that violate those copyright protections.
At the moment many are protesting these laws including Wikipedia and I believe they have blacked out the english Wikipedia for the next 24 hours as a result.
Since the website owner is responsible for the information contained on it I decided not to allow members to continue breaking copyright protections of other's work.
