Hi Guys,

Sorry for throwing a random question that is off the topic,

But,

Is it true that Richard Shezi has passed on?

Sorry, I have been out of the game for a while, and recently overheard it in a discussion.

Yes he has passed away, kidney failure and bleeding ulcers were his demise.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Yep. Really sad and a real loss. I hadnt seen him around in quite a while, but apparently he'd been having issues for a while now and wasnt feeling or looking too great.

He was one of my inspirations to start bodybuilding, he trained at my gym and was always a friendly face when i was getting started. Real genuine guy with a real passion for the sport.
He'd been so excited to come back and compete this year when I last spoke to him... Was bulking up and trying to move up a weight class, was really amped about bringing a new, bigger physique on stage.

May he rest in peace

Um, but im scared of needles...

My condolences to his friends and family.

May I ask what caused this failure and ulcers, so we know what to be wary of?

Not too sure what the cause was. Dont know his AAS habits either, he was never very open bout it

He was probably one of the most humble human beings ever. I was lucky enough to speak to him on a few occasions.

Unfortunately koe007 i do not know what was the cause of it was. Just know it was kidney failure and bleeding ulcers.
