My friend says his big toe feels as if its dislocated out of the joint and feels as if it should "knak". This has been going on for 2 weeks now, Any advice?

Sounds like gout, needs to correct his diet, however a chiro can help "painfully" work it out.. There is a shot you get at a pharma that can assist with the pain.. But end of the day he needs to fix what is causing it... If he drinks, stop, if he eats too acidic food, stop..
