So finally starting my 1st cycle, will be using this as a log and will post my progress pics over the years.

Started out at 60kg 4 years ago, with some pretty shitty genetics (an ectomorph who wasn't even shredded, smfh :lol:) and girl strength (benching 27kg B) )
April 2008


Picked up some weight some weight but unfortunately had to take a year off training due to studies. Started training again in 2010 and finally was able o bench 60kg for 1 rep after a gruelling 5x5 routine (lol dead serious), this was a big milestone in my lifting career as it was a goal of mine since the day I google "what does the average man bench press". Bragged about it to a friend of mine who was lifting for years and , rightfully, got straight up laughed at. That really motivated me, was already spending hours online researching training and nutrition this time I joined the local ME site and got some expert advice then went on my 1st bulk, picked up 15kg felt like a boss but in actual fact was just a fat blimp weighing 94kg at about 19%bf

Then I went on my 1st cut using keto and cut down to 85kg at 11% post keto and ramadaan (had lost about of size but regained a lot of it by the time I took these pics), was really happy with the results for that year

2011 was the year of the endless bulk got up to 98kg at 17% at one point in early Jan this year, decided to cut for the cycle but ultimately lost that battle due to lack of discipline. Sitting at 95kg at about 14% this morning

So thats my transformation from the skinny kid to that built guy

On to the cycle:

Dbol 40mg ed 1st 25 days
Testen 600mg pw for 10 weeks
Dbol again last 25 days
Basic nolva and clomid pct

Current Stats:
Age: 20
Height: 1.86m (6'1")
Weight: 95kg
BF: about 14%
Arms: 17.25" (44cm)
Legs: 26" (66cm)
Waist: 33.5" (85cm)
Chest: 44" (112cm)

Main Lifts (Current/ Cycle Goal):

Incline Press 97.5x3/127.5x3
Deadlift 190x3/250x3
High Bar Squat 100x6/140x6
Seated Overhead Press 82.5x3/110x3

Considering where I'm starting and what I'm using I full expert to come out looking like the Oros Man when this cycle's done, but not to concerned about abs and veins in this stage of my life

Would like to thank everyone for all the input over the years and I really mean it when I say none of this would've been possible without you guys. Special shout to DJ, Sting, Snok, JR, 00pump,Chapel, Koe, Stu and of course Admin you guys are superstars and appreciate every bit of advice passed onto me.

Got the idea from Spike, who used anapolon, to get a good strength boost towards the end of the cycle. Hopefully my liver can take it

all the best bud, good luck. I hope your liver can kidneys cope with the second dose of dbols later on, as i know with this winni im bridging with it feels like someone like flykicked me in the kidneys, decided to take a couple days off of it just to have a break.

Interested to see your progress for someone who has came so far naturally.

Don't think you can actualy make the same comparison between Dbol and the Anaps spike used in that cycle. The strength from Anaps far outweighs that of dbol. I'm also pretty sure ur strength will be very good on the test alone and that the dbol won't really have much of an effect in that regard besides carry a little more water. Winny gives very nice strength gains in my opinion and would have been a better option.

Anyway that's just my personal opinion. Good luck buddy! Keep us updated and don't get too big now ;)

DG, awesome progress bud. That first pic when you were skinny to where you are now is true inspiration to all the ectomorphs out there. I can tell that you are really dedicated to this sport and now that you have started your first cycle you will reach a whole new level of training that you wouldn't have thought possible. To gain 38kg naturally is mind-blowing, i'm actaully scared to see how much you are going to gain now :blink:

There are actually a lot of parallels here bud!
I also started at around 60-65kg, and became a fat 100kg from bulking naturally before cutting down a bit and doing my first cycle. My first cycle was a lot lower dosed than your given that the advice was different then, but I made awesome gains.

i agree wit MCJ about the wini. better imo than the dbols in the end. also the testen gona make u hold alot of water. u shud run proviron. makes a huge diff!
i wud have run sustonan instead of testen for ur 1st cycle.

@kkkyle will use essentiale in between the 2 dbol phases, hope that will be enough to spare me trouble

@MCJ you make a good point, only problem I have with winny is the dry joints. Had them on letro and couldn't even train unless the joint pain is overstated I don't think winny is an option right now. Maybe superdrol?

@Inja good to see I'm not the only one who started out as a skeleton, what weight are you now and how many cycles have you got under the belt?

The winni really doesnt dry out joints that much, I did not even notice dry joints at 40mg a day it really has nothing on letro, it leaves you feeling rock hard.
