There is local site growth with gh, igf and mgf. 8iu/day is fine split it though am/pm 4iu per time. don't eat 30 min post injection and 1 hr pre.

I see you and DJ had success with IGF1 LR3. You did 3 x pins a week. How many weeks before taking a break?

You say there is local site growth. Very interesting, so do you mean that you can expect more growth at the injection site? I am particularly interested in Calves.

With HGH you get a dose dependant increase in IGF1 (short half life) but some is also converted to IGF LR3 which has a much longer half life. As long as the IGF1 is active it will travel through your bloodstream and bind to whatever IGF1 receptor sites it finds in the body. The theory behind site injections is that more IGF1 will reach receptors in the area that you inject before the rest of the IGF1 gets into your bloodstream and does it's thing elsewhere.
Your intestines have a very high concentration of IGF1 receptors, so they will eventually grow and give you that "GH gut" if you abuse HGH or high doses of IGF1, particularly LR3 because of the long half life. Your heart is also a muscle that has IGF1 receptors just like other muscles so it will also grow.

Maybe you can still check it out.
Wanted to know how you can avoid Turtle gut. And when is it abuse? Abuse being running the cycle too long or using stupid dosages.
I was looking at starting out low (2iu p.d, 4 weeks) ramping it up slowly to 8iu after about 12 weeks. Staying on it for a year.
I think I need to do a lot more research into GH, IGF-1, peptides etc.

IGF1 causes new cells to grow where steroids just makes the cells you already have bigger. Pro's who are doing 50mg+ IGF1 shots in each arm are definitely growing their tummies. No way around it. The damage is done months before you actually start to see the unwanted growth. The newly formed 'baby' intestine cells will eventually grow to adult size and then say hello permaboep.
Bud, how the hell can you know so much!!?? You are honestly extremely knowledgable and always have good/detailed answers.
This forum is very lucky to have you on here.

You said 50mg in each arm? That is like 135iu's in each arm? Per day, week, or month? That's a shitload.

Sorry only saw this now, IGF has a different amino acid profile than HGH. Whilst similair they are not the same, IGF levels are increased by the liver as a result of using growth hormone. Whereas injecting IGF directly into a muscle has a more direct effect on growth of the muscle as well as increasing insulin sensitivity. IMO IGF is stronger but cannot be used for long periods at a time but should rather be cycled. This is due to the negative effects it has on organ growth for example.
