I have some eutropin platinum Hgh would like some advise on dosage and timing of pins
Weight 77 kg's
Age 45 yrs
Am planning on using this to sort out some healing and recovery issues from surgery.
Would like to know if beneficial to use even when not lifting, still 4 weeks to go before I can hit the weights again after hernia surgery
Currently doing some steady state fasted cardio at 4am in the morning,
Was thinking of using this time off lifting to drop the body fat % currently at 12% and would like to get this down to sub 10%
Cycle looks like this at the moment
Clen 80mcg per day
T3 40mcg per day
Winnies 40mg per day
And proviron 40mg per day
Winnies and proviron are split into two doses per day
Also Sustanon 250mg per week
and Decabolin 150mg per week
Have managed to stay anabolic on this cycle and haven't really noticed much loss of muscle mass although obviously not as hard as before.
The veins are popping and vascularity is awesome.
All advice and criticism welcomed.
Thanks guys

Even using it post surgery for that amount of time will not speed up recovery at all? I thought it would still assist with recovery afterwards even if you only use it for a short period of time?
If that is the case, would it then perhaps be more beneficial to start taking HGH a few or two prior to surgery to assist with the healing post-surgery, obviously continuing the HGH after surgery as well?
That way it has had a few weeks to get to work in your system already before you have even had the surgery?
For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

No Problems so far bloods were done in January and all ok.
Suffer major depression when I cant train.
Missing the gym like crazy.
Cardio just doesn't do it for me.
But advice noted will take a couple of extra weeks off before I lift.
The patch used for this hernia repair reaches full strength after 6 weeks.
Today is 3 weeks since the surgery so another 5 weeks off should do the job.????

We don't heal like 20 year olds do, even with all the kak we use. If you start to lift, you always want to add just a extra 10kg or so and that's where the shit hits the fan.
Your call, I wont.

I was thinking of trying the lightweight approach just increasing the sets and reps to stimulate growth any opinions on wether this approach would work always keeping good form.
Thought about dropping weight to 40% of 1rm and using FST 7 on all exercises per body part.
Not really looking for massive growth just a bit with hardness to return, feeling very soft.
Any comments on what I am running to try and hold onto some gains would be appreciated.
In mid Decmber 3 weeks after I started my cycle I put on a solid 5kgs and went up to 85kgs have since dropped back down to lower than when I started the cycle currently 77kgs.
I would ideally like to get back up to 85 kg ripped
I am willing to be patient and realise this is a marathon not a sprint.

^ happened to me about 10 years ago. Felt fine after the hernia procedure, couldn't stay away from the weights, learned an expensive lesson. The surgeon told me that re-operation for hernia repair is much more difficult and is less likely to succeed.Oupa wrote: Bud I have seen to many guys come back from a hernia when the doc said they will be good to lift. Same week, SNAP, same shit but worse.
