Hi i would like to ask about the combination of these two peptides ,is it true that they compliment eachother? I have read that using HGH without IGF is like having a sandwich without meat. I have searched the subject on the forum but no exact answers to my question came up. Also if HGH is taken split dose of 3iu morning 6am then another 3iu @ 1pm training @ 5pm when would the perfect time be to pin the IGFLR3? any advice would be much appreciated .

Won't get much help with a shit attitude mate. Pump has over 6000 posts, pretty much all of which have been valuable information. I'd caution getting your back up if you want helpful input. His reply did answer your question broadly.
