HCG for a lady?

Hey guys, obviously I know of HCG's application for on cycle uses.

However a lady friend of mine recently found out that two of her friends used oral HCG for weight loss.

Is this a legit thing? I didn't know oral HCG was a thing, only the subQ injection version.

Do you guys think it's safe for her to use or should I warn her against it?

No, woman should not mess with HCG in oral or injectable form. I've never heard of HCG being used orally...

It's an oldish scam/fad. Pay no attention to it, at best try to explain to others it's damaging and counter productive.

One of my close female friends went on the "HCG diet" ..the whole diet was recommended by her dietician or doctor, they got HCG predosed in 1.25iu skin pins and injected every morning subQ.. I spoke to her quite in depth about the diet and she said it's a slow but steady process, after telling me her results she lost 3kg in a month I figured it's not an effective diet at all..the diet included a protein shake of some sort,and a very minimalistic meal plan. To add insult to injury the HCG they got came in a box of 14 skin pins, I don't think I can say the price but it was 3x that of Hcg 5000iu we get

1.25 or 125iu? In any case, 3kgs can also include some water weight, so why she bother with the HCG diet, sounds like she got conned.

The HCG diet is a load of dung! The fact that a medical doctor would prescribe it boggles me.

Funny how bodybuilders who use loads of HCG never noticed any fat loss from it. Warning bells should be going off just from that.

I guess it's the same reason progesterone causes a man's libido to take a and an increase for woman.

Could be 125iu..she sent me a pic of the box a while back cause I asked her if it really was Hcg

The doctor also provides larger 'topup' shots and the hCG is mixed with vitamin b. duromine is also part of the protocol.

It was an interesting diet when I first heard of it,but as I did more research it just ends up being a money making scheme..sell my kidney for a glorified vitamin shot I'll just stick to clen and yohimbine thank you

Thank you guys, will inform her that it's a bunch of BS and they probably got sold something else.

So one of my colleagues has lost quite a bit of weight recently and today mentioned that she was on the hcg diet.

So basically they use 150iu per day and get a diet with it. When I saw the diet I realized they are basically cutting calories which is most probably the reason they lose the weight. The injection is probably just a psychological thing.
The diet included a few fruits, nuts, and salsa throughout the day with supper being the only real meal which consists of a piece of chicken and a few greens.

Crash diet. Aka starvation diet.

Look at her again over the next year. They gain back more than they lost...

that's exactly what it is. She was obese hence the crazy weight loss.

I have given her some proper tips and told her about things like FFF, clen and yohimbine etc.
Told her if she wanted something like that she should let me know as it's probably alot better than using hcg.
I also worked out her caloric needs... hopefully she uses the proper advice she was given.

She also mentioned her doc is giving her a script for duromines to help with weight loss
