With 'underground' HGH and peptides you obviously don't get the quality control of pharmaceutical grade drugs. Besides the risk of buying fake or bunk peptides, if your HGH or other freeze dried peptide hormone is not properly vacuum sealed (very low air pressure) or they have lost their vacuum due to being badly sealed, or from just being on the shelf too long, then there is a very good chance it's going to be useless. Shelf life is drastically reduced once air and moisture gets in.
Non-vacuum sealed peptides are going to be more temperature sensitive, and they will contain more moisture which speeds up decomposition. So it will degrade much faster, and you also can not freeze it without damaging the peptide.
When you reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water, you should notice immediately that it is under vacuum because when mixing with sater it will suck the water out of the syringe without applying pressure to the plunger. If there's no vacuum seal then prepare to be disappointed when your stuff does not work. It does not mean it is fake. It could be a bad batch.
