Gw501516 and liver

Good evening everyone 
I'm getting conflicting results regarding cardarine and liver damage. I haven't  seen many posts here regarding this PED. Some studies says it can cause liver stress like oral ananolics while other studies mention it reduces inflammation. Let's say if one does cardarine only without any other orals, is it still advised to use liver support like milk thistle or tudca ? and is the toxic level the same as dianabol or winstrol level or maybe less toxic like anavar?

The studies that saying it causes liver damage were animal studies where they used very high doses compared to the 10-20mg dose that humans take. If you take 20 times the recommended dose of Panado you'll also end up in hospital.

Oral steroids are directly toxic to the liver due to the methyl group in the molecular structure. Damage is done when metabolising this. GW501516 is very different. It's not directly liver toxic, but it it activates and expresses genes in the liver related to a wide range of metabolic processes. This can have both positive and negative effects at the same time, and from the looks of it Scientists are still very confused about what exactly it's doing besides the obvious major effects. 

If you taking GW at high enough doses and for long enough to cause liver damage, you'd be best off being more concerned about the increased risk of cancer. Anything can kill you at the right dose.

Thanks a lot. Will it still be advised to use milk thistle through out just for extra protection if one stick to the max dose of 20mg per day for 8 to 10 weeks max?

I don't think would make any difference, but it's beneficial to take milk thistle anyway. I've taken a lot of GW501516 over the last 10 years and not noticed anything suspicious on my liver related bloodwork.
