Question About Reconstituting

Hey.

I have never reconstituted anything before so this is certainly one of the newbier questions.

In this case I have/will have Semaglutide to reconstitute. One vial with 5mg of the powder. One vial with 2ml BAC water.

Before adding the water, should I inject 2ml of air into the vial that contains the 5mg of powder?

Hey Obelix, sorry just saw this now.

I have. I'm using 0.25mg and going into the third week I feel a very noticeable reduction in hunger/cravings.

I do still feel hungry here and there, but it takes a lot less to satisfy it.

There was quite a bit of nausea the first day.

If I eat anything fatty I pretty much HAVE shit right away.

Feel slightly gassy and occasionally just feel a bit gross. For now those are better than fighting cravings all day.

How are you feeling mentally?

I have a friend who is a psychiatrist and says she has had a string of new patients come through from semaglutide use, apparently bouts of anxiety and depression.

Well I'm already an anxious person and this hasn't amplified anything. Not depressed at all so far.

Just the typical lack of enthusiasm and energy that comes with a calorie deficit, but way more manageable without as much of the hunger.
