Sup guys, anyone have experience with this? And what was the dosing like? Aiming to try this more for the endurance as I've heard it's a great tool for endurance. The dosing over the internet is all confusing

250mcg every morning with nad+ of 50mg makes me feel amazing..

Fuel the cell with nad+ and then super charge it with mots c.

Any more and I actually feel burned out but I am 4 weeks out from a show so there is that.

Motsc can make the cells work harder, but you need fuel for the cell from the nad+

And you need a decent amount of vitamins and minerals to ensure the peptides can work. So a good multi vitamin like healthyu multivitamin will supply you with all those nutrients you need for motsc and nad+ to be effective.

I’ve been using MotC 2.5mg MWF in the morning before a workout & interchangeably with SS31 5mg daily.

Solid endurance & really solid energy since starting it 5 weeks ago. Assuming your sleep, diet & exercise is locked in then I’d highly recommend it.

I am currently running MOTS c for the second time as part of a cycle.

My first cycle I had a really irritating histamine type reaction to the MOTS, especially at the belly pin sites. It created a big red weld, that would ich for days on end. Keeping in mind, I follow proper sterile protocol and it happend with different brands. I shifted to pinning in the ass and mixing BPC 157 into the same syringe, that made it a bit more bearable and finished a 10 week cycle.

For my second and current cycle I first ran a 4 week ss31 cycle, and also introduced NAD+ after researching (now here is a different beast). The NAD+ has been studied for its potential to modulate histamine reactions, and for me it's definatly working as I have not had a single histimane reaction from MOTSc since I started the new cycle. Also worth a mention I switched to IM pinning into the quads.

For me NAD+ will be my base going forward, and in combination with the MOTSc my energie levels are supercharged. Even my preworkout hits harder.

But yea, peoples reactions to these peptides differ.
