That stuff is kak, it may be four times cheaper than Gh but it doesn't cause a significant increase in GH. I'd rather save up and run 10ius gh ed with 60mcg igf split into two shots... But it'll take me a while. For now I am content with slin.

Talked to a few guys yesterday, including my trainer. Will be taking 80g whey with the slin aswell as 10g creatin monohydrate, 50g dextrose and 15g BCAA's. Will start the slin at 2iu's and increase the dose every third day or so untill I am at a dose I find comfortable.

Guess it'll be a trial and error experience but I'll keep you guys posted. I have a friend who will also be starting slin in 2months time so let's see how it goes.

I still have to go buy a glucose pen, testing sticks and a tester.

Good luck, please keep us posted on your results. Jakes PLEASE be careful, Research and research some more, then research again.
My only crit is this, GH makes you insulin resistant, not more sensitive. However the synergy between GH and Slin produces amazing results. I would rather run it with GH if I am already taking such a big risk I would want maximum benefit from such a risky substance. Also GH could assist in keeping you lean, too much carbs and you end up fat, too little and you go Hypo.

ASB wees versigtig ja jakes! Wie gaan my advice gee as jy doodgaan?? Hahaha Good Luck anyway bro! Post some before and after pics after a month or 3 on slin, would love to see the beast of a man you have become. ;)

Lets go!

From a study on type 1 diabetics on GH treatment "Insulin requirements increased 1.75-fold with no deterioration in glycaemic control" (Christ et al., 2003) shows that Koe007 speaks some truth about the effect of GH on insulin sensitivity.

This just shows me Jakes is not intimately familiar with his drug of choice.

Jakes to get back to your initial question: "when should I eat my first wholefood meal after that?"
again tels me you are not as familiar with isln as you should be.

I would suggest you need to know the specific insulin you are using. I assume you will be using a fast acting insulin.
What I do is eat about 50-60g carbs with 2 units of fast acting insulin and 2 hours later when my insulin is at its peak activity I eat another 20-30g carbs to keep blood glucose levels stable. The insulin I'm using takes about 10 to 15 min
to affect my blood sugar level, peaks at 2 hours and is effectively cleared out before 4 hours after the injection.

I just read that comment by Jakes and it sounded like he was referring to the synergy between GH and insulin usage.

But, why do i tend to go Hypo when using GH? Thats Insulin sensitivity right?

@ Admin: Oh, my bad.

Yo jackrabbit,
Why do you go hypo when using GH?
Hmm, there are a few unknowns.
Do you know what your blood sugar level is during the 'hypos'?
Anywhere from about 3 to 5 mmol/L can start to feel like a hypoglycemia depending
on how insulin sensitive your body is.
Do you go hypo during workouts or at other times of the day?
Weight training has an insulin-like effect on blood sugar so if you go hypo
during a workout then you might just a few more carbs.
If your b-sugar level are normal and you still feel 'hypo' then you might be
insulin resistant, that means there is enough sugar and insulin in your blood
but the insulin is not effectively shuttling the sugar into the cells. To to improve
this you might need to take tablets to improve the insulin sensitivity like type 2
diabetics. However I doubt the 'normal' GH doses would cause such extreme effects.

In general if your bs level drop to hypo levels then your insulin is still doing a good a good job.
If it really is a problem then I'd sugest you just test your bs level, it can clear out
alot of speculations.
