It's easy. If you have HCG 5000iu and use 2ml water to reconstitute it you will get 2500iu per ml, so to get your 250iu you will take 0.1ml. (1ml/10)

Ok, now I'm confused
I know the one vial had 1ml of water (or maybe 2ml). I mixed it with the powder vial (not sure how much powder that was). I'm using a 1ml syringe, like the one in the pic. I assumed that the 25 mark on the 1ml syringe (like in the pic) was 250iu.
Am I wrong?

5000iu hcg powder mixed with 2ml water = 5000iu in 2ml, therefore 2500 iu of hcg in 1ml, if you want 250iu you divide by 10, just as admin explained, so will be like below
2500iu(1ml) / 10 = 250iu(0.1ml)
0.1ml on an insulin needle is 10 units ... (always remember 100 units equals 1ml)
So for the guys using there hcg with 2ml mixing solution, you will be shooting 10 units (250iu) twice a week.
Hope that made sense haha

OK. I extracted to the 25 on the syringe so I'm over-dosed.

Yes, you are injecting 625iu.

pr0gr3s1v3 wrote: Thing to look out for is the size of the insulin syringe. The U-100 holds 1ml as pp pointed out, then there are smaller syringes too, just read a wiki on insulin syringes:lol:
Yes, but you will still inject the same volume, so it will not be a problem.
Some syringes are marked to 100iu (1ml) and others to 50iu (0.5ml). What seems to be confusing some is that they work with the iu markings on the syringe instead of converting it to ml first.
Insulin syringes are marked in iu, becuase their intended use is for insulin, but when we use them for anything else those markings should be converted to ml instead.
Remember me bitching about it in the melanotan thread, well this is what I was trying to prevent.
