nolva/tamoxifen issues

Hey all. Hope everyone is well. So i am just over 2 weeks on my nolva after my 7 days clomid...i am considering stopping as i am getting acne everywhere... thoughts on this pls.
also my labido has not yet recovered...is this normal?

It's not the nolvadex causing the acne bud. It's a combination of things. Your hormones are messed up and unstable because you've just done a steroid cycle and your body is trying to recover - This is what causes acne -> unstable hormone levels. Yes PCT is a contributing factor but you can not stop PCT. Controlling estrogen post cycle with aromasin also can help with acne.

Acne post cycle is extremely common and par the course bud. I take a mild antibiotic like doxicycline/tetracycline for acne caused by AAS. Works well for me.

Hey Muscleaddict, just wondering how you dose your doxicycline to keep acne under control while on cycle? Can it be used acutely for flare ups or is it best used throughout at low dose or something like that?

In my experience I've noticed that low libido post cycle is usually estrogen related and that when I use an AI post cycle my libido is ok as long as I don't take too much. If estradiol is too high or low then your libido goes to shit. The average guy can get still get horny even with testosterone being pretty close to the lower end of normal if E2 is in balance, although it is harder to maintain a hardon for a long session.

Sorry bud I missed your post. I only take it when I start getting a noticeable flare up. 100mg/day. It seems to become less effective if you take it too long so I reckon it's best to use it only when you need it. 200mg/day messes up my stomach too much but is more effective for bad acne.
