Just a thought, without detracting from the excellent advice you've received here, it seems you may be prone to stress fractures, which are a classic over-use injury, and likely to recur unless you change training habits. Can I suggest you read some of Tim Noakes' articles on stress fractures. I had several stress fractures when I did triathlon - including a pelvic stress fracture, and only understood the causes when I read "Lore of Running". The latest studies confirm that sudden increases in training mileage, plus hard footwear and training surfaces are key factors in this injuryOPTRON wrote: I am on Oupa's Crossfit cycle for the past 3 weeks. Aromasin
What would be the best way to construct a PCT for this situation?
Last test shot was Monday.
