It is not a PCT. You are not helping your body recover instead you are just replacing what you would expect your body to product naturally. You still stay suppressed / shutdown whereas the PCT you are looking to get your body to recover back to its "natural" state.
Essentially there are doing "TRT" and then cycling in between
