i have been on this for 2 weeks today . . i had my weighin yday and to my surprise :( . . . . my weight was the same, muscle mass down 0.5kg . . bodyfat the same basically and all my measurements about the same (from 3 weeks ago measurements).

I was expecting to pick up at least 1 - 2kg's. . . yet my weights are actually going up within the past 2 weeks.

ggrrrrrr!! :angry: :angry: any insight or explanantion . .. please!!!

Thanks . . . . maybe not a good product? i was trying to get my hands on dbol-x but NO STOCK!!!!

what else could i try next year if dbol-x not available?

but you say you've actually lost muscle? this is an indication of a crappy diet (sorry to be blunt)

YEAH I know but i heard / read that the gains are normally in the first 2 weeks!!! well havent really lost MUSCLE . . . my cm's as per measurement are the same as 3 weeks ago from my weigh-in . . still weigh 84kg's muscle mass only down 0.5kg which is small . . . i go to a personal trainer 5 days a week (2 years already) and i have a meal plan which i am quite strict with if i may say so myself . . . .

i am eating 5 meals a day basically . . .

but Ajay superbeast is right, maybe post up you're diet here so we can check it out?

thanks guys . . .

ok my stats . .i am 40 years old 1.78m, weigh 84kg's, been training with a personal trainer for over 2 years now. done 1 cycle winnie, then 19 nor, then as my 2nd cycle of winnie ended, i started the superbol pro anabolic

meals:
breakfast 50 - 80gr oats,banana,5 egg whites with 1 yolk (1 superbol tablet)
mid am meal - tin tuna with 2 slices brown bread, fruit and Evox whey protein shake
lunch - 2-3 chicken breats or fish with 100gr veg and brown rice
mid arvie snack - handfull nuts, chicken breast, lowfat yoghurt + fruit
pre train snack - tuna on 2 rice cakes with 2nd superbol tablet
post train - Biogen creatine + L-glutamine and whey protein shake
dinner - chicken or ostrich steak / fish with 100gr mix veg, brown rice,
Evox whey protein shake

thanks would appreciate any input with my meal plan etc or advice. i train 5 days a week . . try run 2- 3 times a week as well.

ok I reckon increase you're dosage to 40mg/day (some may disagree but I found this was best)

and then as for you're diet... you didn't tell us all that much.
A handfull of nuts?
2-3 chicken breasts?
this could amount to anything since we don't know the amounts?
It looks very clean though which is good, but what you're gonna wanna do (if you're not lazy like me :P ) is count all you're calories, measure all you're food and then see exactly how much you're taking in each day.
you'll most probably notice you're daily calorie intake is a bit low so in that case calculate the extra stuff you need and add it in :)

ok . .well i finish this cycle of superbol on the 24th . . . Jan i will go on a cycle of winny then end of Jan beginning Feb i wanna try d-bol x if i can get my hands on some.
i also think my diet is pretty clean . . yeah i think i must do the weighing again and calorie count . . .can u give me any advice and assistance with how to work/ calculate the calories

just what it is a handful of raw mixed nuts . . . . chicken = 3 of them

Hmm... Maybe not the former, but certainly the latter. Why do a PCT if you not going to give your body time to recover? Recovery is not fully sorted until after PCT. Your constantly battering your system and with time it will start to show bro.

well orals have their time and place like the first or last 4 weeks of a cycle,orals put incredible stress on the liver and kidneys where is most injectables don't as they don't need to pass through the liver in order to get into the blood stream,the results from orals are not as good as the results from injectables,u gotta realize that testosterone "test" is the one of the most least harmful substances u can inject as your body produces testosterone naturally about about 80mg a week depending on your age,now if u inject 400mg a week that's 5 times your natural level so u see where i am going with this... GROW UP AND TAKE AND INJECTION,it amazes me how many new guys are such pussies and don't want to inject...
