HA HA Im the same mate. Have to shlep my ass to the gym. I usually use this time to chat to the ladys and text on my phone.(jokes)
Maybe splurge on some lekka OTC supps.

If im feeling down i normally watch BB vids on youtube and get motivated by that sounds weired but it works for me.

get you're mindset right bro!
if you really wanna better yourself you've gotta push yourself to the f'ing limit every day!!!
see in you're mind's eye every second of every day the physique that you want and force yourself to work harder at it now than ever before.
anything that will pump up you're motivation is worth doing now, get some new songs on you're ipod (anything that makes you wanna train like a freak!)
this period you're in right now will be the deciding factor of you're entire cycle!
be lazy, loose you're hard earned gains that you've busted you're balls for all this time or turn it up and set the standard for you're training going into the new year!

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

ja i used to use it, then switched to crea pump (not nearly as good as superpump) that might not be such a bad idea to do that

No prob :) - Not saying you gonna do this but this is normally what leads to steroid abuse oaks finish a cycle and feel kak than carry on with another cycle. BIG MISTAKE!

Superpump ive tried it was awesome but getting that stuff down the throat JAYZUZ FATHER LORD!

You cud do this have a strong cup of coffee/supapump, listen to some heavy metal(or whatever music gets u going) and watch BB vids - all at the same time.

Yeah, getting a good pre-workout booster is a good idea. :)
Maybe if you like, use an ECA.
Nothing motivates me better than music and good ol' STIMULANTS! LOL :laugh:

O yeah, a gym partner is a free and really good motivator, if you're lucky enough to have one... ;)

training on pct is very mental as well. Granted you will be demotivated cause of low test BUT i guarantee you now that your mindset makes it worse. If you keep on telling yourself that your test is low and you cant do it etc etc. it only makes it worse. Try stay positive take some animal pak eca clen all these things will help but at the end of the day its ur mind set that matters.

Just think about how tiny you going to get if you don't behave during this time frame!
You can actually end up smaller than you were before you started the cycle if you really stuff it up now.

If that doesn't work, I like the above ideas, used in combination of course.

Get yourself a copy of Size Matters, not as motivational as Cutler or Coleman videos but it makes you think "He's S.A., I can do that!" and can be quite motivational if you can get over the constant references to blood said in thick Japanese accents...

"The most important thing is the blood, you gotta get the blood in the muscle, to shape the muscle, and prevent injury, but getting the blood, in the muscle, to shape the muscle... With blood..." :)

At about 2 and half weeks into my pct i felt so crap, no motivation, tired,low test and the weights just felt so heavy. Then bought ZMA and tribulas and took them everyday and after a week felt so much stronger and motivated. Dont know if it a mental thing but worked for me.

I was waiting to reply to this topic till I was about two weeks into my PCT.

I use to take a bit of time off after a cycle as my work rate is so heavy while I'm on cycle that my body was really tired.

But this time around I'm training right through and due to a bit of mind over matter, I actually gained a bit of strength during my PCT.

So now I can truly say if you're mind is right you can accomplish anything!!!
