Nolvadex - runny stomach??

Hey guys
Just started my Nolvadex last night and this morning 10mg. I have a bad runny stomach today and pains. Could this be the Nolva or just a bug going around?

Heavy bug going around bro, I thought it was clen that I started, turned out to be a bug. I need to get put onto a 'stomach antibiotic' and then taking things to help with hydration...

Thanks 00pump! Initially I thought maybe the AAS, but for shure, you are right. Big bug thing doing the rounds. I have done the flat coke (& plenty fluids) and burnt toast thing. Im not too fond of antibiotics, but if it does not get better by tomorrow will go to the doc. :sick:

Its not a 'course', will help create like a "cement" in your stomach, so you don't just go to the toilet. Also its only until you don't need it anymore... Leave protein alone now, only carbs as your currently don't have the enzymes to metabolise them. So be quick to act, took me 2 days to be lekka.

Thanks for reminding me about not taking protein. I've only had burnt toast and flat coke. Just does not feel good or healthy "eating anddrinking" like this somehow the body knows what it needs... I am positive I am going to be fine tomorrow. You know the whole positive thinking thing. I do not want to miss many gym days.

Are you better yet? Also bro you probably very run down... Get some Rehidrat... It just contains Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbanate and glucose and sucrose... But works wonders

als when moving back to proteins start with your white meat first and see how your body reacts, then you can go full hog again.

Hey 00pump, thanks man, much better tried some pure protein with some fat free milk this afternoon. I am glad to say it stayed in. The rehidrate is a good idea. Sort of made my own - coke with a bit of salt and berocca. I am I hoping to gym tomorrow.
