RSA SARM régulation isn't on par with countries like the USA and UK, and the enforcement thereof will also lag behind. While it is outright banned by WADA to use in sporting competition, that doesn't make it intrinsically illegal. Although in RSA you should exercise the same precautions on privacy and secrecy as with steroids. Treat it like an illicit substance, for your sake.
Also, I know of two supplement chains (not single shops) that get away with much riskier (and absolutely unlawful) activity. Sooner or later Ciccone will get caught and it'll ruin it for the rest of us as law-enforcement will become more aware and tighten up, grouping SARMs with steroids.
