Hi,

Sorry that I start of with a question but I would like to contact the guys at LP please. I placed an order with them and would like to follow-up on it.

OK now since the question is gone - I'm Faan Pretorius, I stay in a place called Slurry - yes you are excused for not knowing where it is - it is between Mafikeng and Zeerust - boendoes ....

I'm way overweight and would like get to my former self .... I stopped gyming now for 5 years - for various reasons - but used to gym 6 days a week and did use some gear before. The main thing now is to loose weight and get into a cycle after loosing some weight.

Nice to be here and looking forward to learn from you guys ....

I'm currently using the body-for-life eating plan and their training program as well. It worked for me in the past. Do you have something better?

if the body for life works for u then go for it,i find it has its ups and downs and that u dont get enough protein in and calories for that matter but keep at it and lets us know how it does for u...
