Inputs on how to effectively combine my raw supps

Hey guys

I need some help plz. I have received some raw goodies from Ondier BSSA and looking for the best way to combine them with the most effective dosages.

I have the following:
Crea Mono
Taurine
Glutamine
Beta Alanine

My post workout consists of 60g whey, 25g dextrose and 25 maltodextrine.

1. What dosages of each would be most effective?
2. How long prior to ur workout should Beta Alanine be consumed?

hey bro

1. Crea Mono 5g
Taurine 1-3g
Beta Alanine 3-g
glutamine I can't comment on since I haven't used it in ages

2. you can take the beta 30-60min pre-workout. I usually feel the tingles within 30 min of taking it. with higher dosages I find it better to take with my pre-session oats -decreases the the tingle if it gets too annoying.

That's partly why I'm asking. I've googled a lot and the beta alanine dosage varies between 3g-7g.
Also not sure how ingesting food with Beta alanine would affect the absorbtion or decrease the effectiveness?

@Etwa....I'm actually looking for members input on what dosages THEY find works well from experience. I usually do what the label says but as we all know that's a guideline :)

5g creatine pre and post workout - I take CEE it help me not feel so bloated and works better for me
Taurine - 3g pre workout
Glutamine - 10 g pre and post and intra workout
Beta alanine - 5g pre and intra workout

in addition i also take BCAA pre, post and intra workout about 10g along with 60 g dex intra and post workout.

Also regarding the beta alanine....there is so much conflicting info. Dosages, timing etc etc. Like I said between 3g-7g. Then some sites say take pre workout where others say pre and post workout and another said pre workout and then approx 8hrs post workout. There are clearly a lot of different opinions on this supplement. Previously I've used the SA Supplements capsules as directed on the label....but first time I have the raw powder form. So looking how to combine this all effectively for the best results from guys here who also use similar stacks. Personal experience and results will speak volumes compared to all the conflicting info on the web

start with the minimum of 3 grams. I remember the first time I took the full 6 on an empty stomach I felt like I wanted to scratch my face off. I stick to taking it pre since it buffers lactic acid and I feel like I can go forever. the food would just slow the absorption a bit but wouldn't hinder the effectiveness.
