Hi Everyone

I currently weigh 78kg, and want to lose some weight (a good 5-8kgs at most) of fat, at the same time i'd love to gain some muscle, im not looking to be Terminator or anything, just want to be lean and well cut. I used to be very thin and then matric ended, uni started, got a car and all the mcdonadls, drinking, parties etc... were a bit TOO good, and its as if i woke up one day with a boop, lol.

Anyway, i do quite a bit of cardio and weights now and would like supplements to aid me in attaining my goal. I was told both Jack3d and Phedra-cut Hardcore could help.

What i want to know is is it even a good idea to take these two together with a balanced diet, and with me drinking atleast 5litres of water a day? Also if anyone has taken them together what were the results over say 2months?

Thanks guys!

I don't see any issues unless you have a heart condition or suffer with anxiety.

Phedra-cut is a thermogenic which raises body temp, inceases metabolism and curbs appetite. You would take this before before meals. (For fat loss)
Jack3d is just a pre-workout. You would take this before training to give you a boost of energy.

Neither of these will build muscle though. For that to happen you must train like a Demon and eat like Beast!!

About that balanced diet you were talking about, maybe you can tell us what this is and the guys can rate it. Some guys refer to breakfast, lunch and supper as a balanced meal, which is FAR from it.

5 litres of water a day for your size is a lot. You can get away with half that amount.

Please don't expect miracles in 2 months bud, that's 8 weeks. That's how long it takes your body to realise you've changed something!

Lastly, why don't you want to look like Terminator?? I'd give both my nads to look like Arnold did!!

Shut up and Squat!!

Thanks a lot for that info!
My diet would be:

Breakfast: Oats or Wheatbix with two boiled eggs with either one

Brunch: Boerewors roll or a chicken and mayo sandwich

Lunch: Ham, cheese with lettuce sandwich

Dinner: Rice, carrots, spinach with either two pieces of chicken or fish.

Snack: Two slices of bread with 'natural' peanut butter.

Does that sound good?

Lol, i dont want to be ridiculously big like Arnie hey.

Now that we are going into summer i will also do some swimming, maybe 3 times a week, will that help? I generally work out 5times a week, with 45mins cardio and 1-1.5hours of weights.
