Hi guys!

My left shoulder is snapped up. Sore to bench/ do shoulders/dips etc. Currently taking 3 000 mg flax seed capsules a day!

I'm too poor for SSN joint support or any fancy products so I'm going to raise flax seed to 6 000 mg a day and get some MSM powder. Read up on it looks promising in releasing discomfort/pain and maybe even resolve the issue.

What I want to know is how much MSM? These joint support products such as the SSN one has 1 000 mg for the day's serving but some sites suggest the powder and starting on 5 000 mg a day then taking it up to 20 000 mg a day if needed?

Thanks

If you have an actual shoulder injury that has been nagging for a while then I would rather use that money and go see a physiotherapist or someone. You need to rehab it otherwise you are going to be dealing with worse problems further down the road. IMO...

I thought of more or less the same! Spoke to a guy who told me to rather see a biokineticist. It's not been months, but the last two months. Not major, but it causes irritation and discomfort certain days.

Another guy recommended Vitamin C + either a joint support such as SSN or Glucosamine + MSM

Go to a chiro actually, get some needling done,it will hopefully release spasms and active trigger points to help with pain...also get your self adjusted that could also help with the discomfort

I was suffering from shoulder pains for many years and the biokinetasist sorted me out in 2 months it was worth every penny and the medical aid does cover it.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!
