bro for fuck sakes, this is a basic fucking mass builder combination, if you make one more thread about which mass builder supplement or anything about supplements and you havent followed a proper eating plan of "eating everything in sight and then some more followed by a whole lot more" i am going to ban you, if you dont eat untill you want throw up you are never going to grow end of story, that and the fact you are lazy training 3 days a week! i am sick of your bullshit threads about what mass builder to buy or training program to use when you dont eat properly or even train properly using your 3kg dumbells. first and last warning!

Hahaha nice DJ!

The ingredients are fine - no need to look at all the micro details, just look @ Protein/carbs/fat. Like DJ said, sit on your ass and do research like we all have to do then apply it. Believe me there is NO BYPASSING the basic principle of eating at a caloric surplus to grow. The mas builder itself, just like any other supplement, will NOT make you big. It's your hard work and dedication in the gym and MOST IMPORTANT what you EAT.

The only time I use supplements is when it's too difficult to eat all the whole foods or it becomes too much for my budget, then I take a whey shake.

Look at these sites NOW and learn something:

Bodybuilding.com
calorie-data.com
nutritiondata.com
fatsecret.com
leangains.com

READ IT!

Eat a shit load of bananas, rice (white or brown), potato (normal or sweet potato), oatmeal, fruits and then in moderation chicken fillet, any white fish, tuna, lean steak, lean biltong, lean mince and keeping it lower the avo, almonds, olive oil, natural peanut butter.

Incorporate compound movements in EVERY workout (movements that recruit many muscles while performing the exercise. Don;t use machines, you'll snap your shit up and it's isolation movements. Use dumbbells, barbells, do some dips, pull ups etc.

THAT will make you grow, not your mass builder!

If you don;t want to listen, then you must feel. Good luck

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

Just a note

The term supplement should be understood correctly.

Definition: "Something that completes or enhances something else when added to it."

Supplements only COMPLIMENT your diet, and should NOT be your diet. It's like a decent set of rims compliment your vehicle. What's the point of putting 22" LENSO rims on a piece of shit car that smokes, backfires, has a kak spray job, interior is ripped and broken, the engine does not function properly? First you'll spray the vehicle, sort out the engine problems, fix the interior and once it passes the roadworthy test and can be seen as a reliable vehicle, THEN you put the rims on.

It's the same with supplements, sort out your diet, sort out your workout program, be consistent THEN compliment ALL of that with decent supplements.

If you're real lazy,I will give you a guide on exactly how you should eat and train, although at your age it is not recommended that you weigh your food and follow a strict diet cause you're still growing etc. The only time when people your age need to follow strict diets is when you have diabetes or some disorder.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
