Hey guys.

Just got out a long relationship and finally have the free time to get into shape, to start out I received some advice on another topic that I should lose some weight first.

My arms and legs have almost no fat

My problem areas are my face that started to look chubby and my stomach.

Will this product help me to loose faster, or are there anything stronger / better?

I am not sure what diet to follow and still adding up on some, so far the Keto diet looks promising.

When I am happy with my bidy shape again, I want to start martial arts again with gyming.

Thanks in advance.

Hey bud, the thing about fat burners is that you should use it to get rid of the last bit of fat. When you start dieting, you will loose fat quickly, but after a while the fat loss slows down. At that time you typically increase your cardio to increase the fat loss again. Only then you should use fat burners. Fat burners works great, but only after you sorted out you diet and training, and as a last resort. I take it you have not been on a diet for a while, so sorting out only your diet and training, will yield great resuts for you.

There are other fat burners that works better like yohimbine and clen, but again, only as a last resort.

Read up on the keto diet, as a lot of guys on here had great results with it. Otherwise you can also read up on the diet stickies created by our local diet guru. There is a tons of info there.

All the best.

Thanks so much for your reply,

Sorry for my ignorance, but why is fat burners a last resort? Are they dangerous?

To be honest i haven't been on a diet in 6years, my current "diet" consists of 80%> junk food.

Do you perhaps know where I can find a good keto diet? I have read what and what nots, but can't seem to find the creativity to create my own personalized diet, and too afraid I might overlook something, when I start with one I think I might get more confident to make changes to the basis..

Once again, thank you very much for your help.

No problem bud, the reason I think fat burners are the last resort is because, they are very handy when you are close to your goal. Once fat loss slows down, you hit the fat burners, and boom, fat loss speeds up again.
There are some fat burners that should be taken with caution, like clen.

For your diet, I suggest reading the diet stickies, in one of them there is a great keto diet, based on Dave Palumbo's keto diet. Youcan also do a google search on his diet. Once you have an understanding of the diet, post it up here, then we can give you advice.

You mentioned that you eat mostly junk food, believe me, just sorting out your diet and training will yield amazing results for you, without the use of any fat burners.

Yea diet, training then fat burners in that order. Firstly you want to know if the diet is working for you, if you jump on the burnes you dont know if its the diet or pills working. There are lots of info about the keto diet on this webside just have a look, it worked wonders for me. Was back home this holiday first time in 6mounths and the guys was like, WTF! I must say it was a great feeling. I realy lost my self the pass 5years, but this holiday i got a bit of my self back and growing day by day.

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER
