Animal supps was created by Dex1
Hi All,

So last year was me mostly focused on getting my diet improved and as the year went on I made some decent gains and picked up a good bit of muscle towards the end of the year and managed to keep the fat off so i was quite defined, my chest is lagging behind (really struggle to feel it on my chest, always feel it on my triceps, any tips will be appreciated).

I want to gain more this year and then cut the final bit towards the end of the year to lose the 3-5% i need for my abs to show fully.

I want to start taking animal pak as a good multi-vit to see if it really is worth the hype (i.e guys saying how it improves their energy, gains, not getting ill etc etc)

after a month of so I am thinking about stacking it, say animal pak + animal stak.

Any advice on this? worth my while, to be avoided, rather another product perhaps? also what is recommended here, one course on then one week off etc? should m-stak be taken after etc?

also any view on this opposed to animal test?

thanks for any opinions.

IMO i wouldn't take animalpak there are cheaper multi vitamins around, i took it for 44 days but found it didn't justify the price i was paying its just too expensive

To be honest all you really need is whey, creatine, a good diet and training regime with those factors in play there is no reason you should have trouble putting on muscle and definitely no reason you need to spend 1000k plus on supplements that aren't even proven to work ie animal m-stack and animal test...

Animal supps is one of the best ive used, pak is a very good multi vit to take, u can stak the two together but the anaimal stak needs to be cycled, multivat dont need to cyclce.

wot i use is MSTAK and STAK back to back

Op, you relying way too much on supplements to reach your goals and not food.
Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body.

So all in all, forget the hype... Eat big to get big.

I personal don't rate any of these kinda supps.

All you really need is whey, creatine, l-glutamine and bcaa's. Plus food and lots of it

I was in no way bashing or commenting on your diet, i was merely stating that the food you put in your body will determine your goals. Even guys who go on cycle's of AAS, there quality and quantity of there gains will be determined by there diet.

On your chest lagging behind but feeling it in the tri's (assume you talking bout bench?), form is generally the problem.

Keep shoulder blades together/shoulders back to ensure that your chest sticks out all the time. Make sure your grip is wide, not to narrow. I usually habve my index or middle finger on the marking on the bar. Bring the down to around your nipples or just below.

Also, I force my mind to actually focus on using my chest/pecs during the bench press helps alot: dont underestimate the mind-muscle connection!

Hope this helps!
