Which test booster was created by Tank
Hi guys

Just wanted to get a few views or advice on which test booster to use. I'm thinking of either purus labs dpol or animal stak. stak is on special at dischem now, although it is still way more expensive than dpol. I've used dpol in the past with good results, what do you guys think?

That said, Stak contains DAA (big up from any other ingredient), that and Trib are the only ones I would even consider making a difference.

I know the test increase you get from these products is minuscule, but Tank asked which one of the two, so without blowing him out by preaching commercial test boosters don't compare to anabolics, I gave him my thoughts between the two. I totally agree with you mate, food ftw. Omnomnom! :woohoo:

Furk, i know dpol also has daa in and doesn't stak use tribulus?

I know these test boosters aren't even nearly as potent as gear(despite what the manufacturers claim!), but I only want to do my first cycle a bit later in the year.

And Mike, i've got the diet part down a quite good the last few months, but thanks for mentioning!

so i'm just asking, all things considered(effectiveness, price, etc) which one would it be, dpol or stak?

Thanks guys

My opinion is you are going to waste your money...rather spend on food

R350 spent on a test booster could have been 2KG of fillet steak. I know what I would choose. ;)

Use the money for food, and maybe some creatine. All you need.

Stak if I had a gun to my head. But if I had the cash in my hand, I'd spend it on good food and towards my next stock of whey.

Just be aware there is a big caloric and GI difference between oats and muesli. You can maybe substitute the whey for egg whites, Food > Supplements. It will also save you whey.

Mid Morning
200g steak/chicken breast/lean mince
100g potatoe or rice

Lunch
200g steak/chicken breast/lean mince
100g potatoe or rice

Pre workout meal
15g whey + creatine
apple + raisins
How long before you lift? Apple and raisins are fast carbs and I don't think it's a good idea for a long workout session.

More dark green, fibrous vegetables IMO.

I take the apple and raisins about 30 min pre workout, most of the time it sees me through a 60 min workout, depending on how the rest of my day has been.

I also sometimes add egg whites to my morning whey just for some extra protein, but will maybe substitute whey completely with eggs, as whey prices are going a bit crazy.

I'll definitely add in some veggies, i've been lazy on that for a long time!

My whole idea with the test booster was maybe just to get some extra strength and putting on a little bit of size

Besides eating the right food at the right time, the most I important thing you need to look at to grow and gain strength is eating the right amount of calories. You need to calculate your RMR and BMR and construct your diet out of that info. You can find the steps in the dieting stickies.

That pre workout meal is quite pathetic and your carb intake is quite low in most meals, like pyro said you need to calculate your daily macros according to your stats and goals then you can start making all kinds of gains! MY current pre workout meal while cutting is 120g oats, 300ml fat free milk, 50gs whey and a large apple.. I have this meal 1.5 hours before i workout, now compare my pre workout meal to yours (you being someone whose trying to put on weight and me whose loosing weight.. catch my drift?) But our stats and goals are completely different, leading us back to why you need to find out what macros YOUR body needs. READ the dam dieting stickies. ;) ;) ;)

That is quite a pre workout meal!!Will be adding in some oats to my pre workout and some more whey as well. The reason for the low carbs on most meals is because i was trying to get rid of some fat on my abs, but will up the carbs as well and have a look at the diet stickies

In my opinion waste of money. You not gonna get what you desire or pack on nearly the amount of size they promise. Rather take the cash and invest in good food
