I struggled a lot to sleep a while ago then DJ suggested something for me and it works so well. If you want I can suggest that to you? Both of those didn't work for me hey. And the GABA scared the shit out of me. Lols!

Can you share with us?
And why did GABA scare you?

I use both and it works legend! GABA is a scary experience if you are not use to the effects.

Since GABA is secreted in the brain it has a direct neurological impact. People taking GABA in most to all cases report deeper sleep...but also VERY vivid dreams. I am assuming this is what could scare some people that don't really dream.

What?

I've never read of this side effect? Were you experiencing numbness, heart palpitations...? Stroke is a little broad :)

^^^that! And your skin gets this irritating/burning feeling like napalm! Dreams very vivid which is fine for me, but damn I was seconds away from going to the emergency room! Also didn't see the use of GABA cause if you want proper GH release then take HGH or GHRP and don't screw around with GABA.

I take 1/2 to 1 tab Melatonin and two tabs Betasleep. Works better than Stilnox.

Thank you for the feedback...have not read about these side effect...was considering getting GABA simply for the beneficial sleep aid - don't readlly trust the added HGH repsonse etc...but I've read it does help with solid sleep.

What was your dosage?

When you take the recommended dosage on packet which is 3g then the effects are alright. But if you by any accident take more than that then you are gonna have a rough night! If it's sleep that you want then go the Melatonin way.
