Supplement Brands was created by Clermont

hi guys

So many suypplement brands out there, which ones work best?
Ive used USN and didnt see any changes, then changed to EVOX slightly better results. Only supplementing with whey and creatine. Dont believe the others really help. Any other brands worth trying ?
Also just ordered some of the Supplement SA brand whey any thoughts on this brand?

I use supplements SA's whey most of the time, its one of my favorites and its cheap

Supplements SA's chocolate flavoured whey is one of the best tasting around. Plus they don't use frustose anymore.

Muscle factory is similar quality as Muscle Works and comes out of the same factory. Cheap and good tasting

I must mention that nitro charge by muscle works is one of the best pre-workouts ive had

I must agree with MA, it's the only whey that I can drink 150g of raw oats with, hahaha. It's good stuff. And tastes great

Nutritech is a top quality brand as well as being local.

Though their prices have gone up on the 3.2kg whey tub

With their shipping sorted now - BSSA for me again.

I use to get SupplementsSA whey from game. They discontinued it. Where do you guys shop? Can't seem to find it anywhere else.

Just recently started using Evox Synergy Cookies and cream flavour, tastes awesome! and the nutritech whey banana flavour is also pretty decent, and good value.

Supplements SA have changed their whey's favouring. Unfortunately it used to taste much better. People complained that it was too sweet before. Now the chocolate flavour is not strong enough and it's not sweet enough. But it is well priced and contains only whey isolate and concentrate and sucralose.

Local brands I would suggest is supplements SA or SSN!

Imports I would recommend are Optimum Nutrition and Cellucor!
Their products are so similair but cellucors prices are a bit better.

Before you go saying brands don't work for you, have you considered what your diet/training/rest regimen looks like?

Supplements should be exactly that, SUPPLEMENTARY to your diet. How's your typical day's eating looking like these days?

MuscleWorks pre-workout works amazingly !! But has the worst crash I've ever had. N.O Rage works really well too, great flavor as well. SSN for creatine in my opinion. SSN for anything actually, just their weight gainers are packed with a lot of sugars like their "Mass Addiction" gave me an acne break out because of their sugars in it. But I'm going off topic now.

you dont even need that much supps, just a good multi vit, omega 3's, whey protein, creatine and a lekker pre workout

I also used USN out of ignorance with no results. Tried Evox, Musclescience and SSN, prefer SSN out of all.

I just made a purchase from BSSA, but am yet to try out their stuff.
