D-aspartic acid was created by Dev27

Hello everyone.. I've never used d-aspartic acid.. And I'm thinking about using it when I bulk naturally again..I just wanted to know what your experiences were with it and can I expect it to assist my weight gaining regime( how much can it help by??) would really appreciate it

Combine the DAA with ZMA. I.m.o the best you can do to improve test levels without steroids. Don't expect anything drastic but it will help, especially if you have low natural test levels. It's very cheap if you it from BSSA so definately give it a go hey!

Is there any natural supplements that I can use to improve food absorption( well there are, but if you know of any that work well)?? Like a supplement you know that will help my body absorb the most it can when I eat

And what do you guys think of buying the supplements pure/Raw(BSSA), no added flavour and the rest?? It is much cheaper but is the quality the same overall?

I bought some DAA but I have no way of measuring 3g. Does anyone know where I can find a small weight scale or tell me more or less how to measure it, eg is a third of a teaspoon = 3g.

Get a digital food scale which measures in 1g increments. Clicks should have, or you can buy online at Yuppiechef.

Otherwise you can go to a bowshop and get one there.

Apparently DAA can cause aromatization.

I knew it converts to estrogen but didnt know about taking the 2-Phenyl-Di-Benzyl-Benzopyran-4-One as an AI.
