I saw results using that but I was on a dbol frontload at the time so I can't actually say, what I can say for sure was it tasted really good!

Save the R400 and buy proper food to mass up. Get yourself a bulk diet and eat eat eat !!

Have to say I agree, at the time the only reason I purchased it was because supplementworld had it on special for R 299
