Vitamin B on Cycle

Hey guys,

I'm sure there are other posts about this, but thought I would just ask...

I am currently on a cycle of HGH, Test and Deca with Dbol first 4 weeks and plan to do Winstrol last 4 weeks... using Arimidex and Caber throughout.

Just wanted to find out about Vitamin B, from what I have gathered, it increases appetite and helps with lethargy?

Any other benefits when using this with gear?

Also, do you inject it Sub-Q or IM? (Can an insulin needle be used in the delt for IM?)
How often do you need to inject it?
Dosage?
B12 or B complex? Or both?

Is it readily available at a pharmacy without a prescription? Or do you need a source to get it for you?

Would really appreciate some advice from you guys!

So 1ml B complex and 1ml B12 once per week is fine?

If I am pinning test and deca on a Monday and Thursday, 1ml test, 0.75ml deca per shot, is it ok to add in 0.5ml b complex and 0.5ml B12 into the same syringe and inject in the glutes?

Yes thats fine. Always intramuscular when mixing with oil based steroids.

Remember they dont mix like deca & test. So you will have a distinct separation oil vs water based.

Could I use a standard insulin syringe for it and inject 1ml into each delt on a Sunday?
Or does it have to be done with a long needle like gear

Yes you can use the insulin syringe/needle for delts.

No it does not require gear size needles for delts, although i personally use 23g 1" for b12/bc on delts.
