Fatburner On Keto

Hi Guys

What would be a good fatburner to use to help me a little with the cutting but keeping in mind im on a keto diet so cant touch anything that will throw me out of ketosis . Also im trying to keep of the juice for a while so looking for something above board .. any suggestions ?

Add: They're not steroids they're fat burners. They are not legal though so after that maybe just caffeine.

Hey bra, there are a couple of recent threads created regarding fat burners. I've found stimulant-based fat burners work well on keto (as Pyro said). As for the commercial stuff, it's difficult to judge their effectiveness because they add little to your metabolism.

Clen: Works well, just dose right and watch the sides.
Albuterol: Works well, cheap, easily dosed and controlled.
Yohimbe: Works well, best saved once you have lost "most" of your fat the "hard way".
ECA: Works to a degree, but beware there is a crash and the constant aspirin is very bad for your stomach.


Caffeine and green tea on its own works well on keto (I can vouch for this). Lots of commercial burners have green tea extract included, save money and brew your own IMO.

Green tea chatecins and caffeine are in part synergesic mr Furk so you are right when you say they go together.

@furk I have thought of clen but im not yet confident enough with the dosing and sides so ill wait till im ready rather safe than sorry but maybe the albuterol is a good idea ..

a few guys have told me cla is a good idea on keto as ot mobilises stored fat whats your opiniom guys ?

CLA's effects are massively overstated and is not worth the money I.m.o

@Smalguy: I don't know why clen is so popular when albuterol is so freely available. Some say clen may be stronger and thus more effective - I can't say for sure that is more effective at *burning fat*. Give Alb a try. Just remember all the rules for clen apply for albuterol.

I started using F*ck off fat, 1 in the morning, this is now my 2nd week

Will see how it goes, definitely quiet strong as I can easy stay awake 2 hours after normal bed time, and cardio sessions also seems to go easier
