These letters and numbers are an abbreviation for the "Cis-9 Trans-11" isomer of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). There are two isomers in CLA: Cis-9, Trans-11 and Trans-10, Cis-12. Most products featuring the isomers have a balanced amount of each, both of which are derived from safflower.

It is considered a natural, safe anabolic compound that promotes muscle building. It does so by targeting the body's production of prostaglandins. In addition to muscle growth, some also believe it increases strength and burns fat. There is also research showing C9-T11 reduces bad cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as blood sugar, but the reviews of its effectiveness are mixed.

CLA for fat burn ...debateable Safflower oil is the new hype for fat burn as for muscle building sounds like another ZMA trib or Daspartic ..doesnt do jack ...but maybe I am wrong ...
What do u want to use it for ?

was just reading about ways to increase lean muscle mass and came across this product,some people went crazy about it according to the site,just wondered if anyone here had heard about it - think its just another scam though
