Which regards to your question, i've tried the pre workout and its nothing special, try and get your hands on betancourt bullnox, much better.

The creatine is creatine, nothing specific about that either. Read up on creatine mono if you need more info.

And yes that is jay cutler in my prof pic. Please go and watch some of rich's YouTube vids and you'll know what I mean. Again sorry big2be

Thought this is what you were going for and I agree 200%.

I'm locking this thread because it's completely derailed over a profile pic of someone I have never heard about... or care about.
